Popular Post Rhinoww Posted December 11, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 11, 2020 Hoyo PR late afternoon watching sun go down and doing a bit of work. Every time I have one of these I think they are underrated. Happy to have more in the mail. Edit to add in my lunchtime RyJ Petit Royale. Dare I say even w a year Olu’s down this one has a bit too much mongrel from the start. but hey, it is 63 outside on December 11th in the Midwest so I’ll enjoy every bit of it. Hoyos won the head to head comp though for those keeping score at home. 27

(Idk why I use British adjectives while describing cigars but it seems fitting! ?) This is so good I’ll need to write a review. I havnt smoked one in a year and the extra age made all the difference. A cigar of the year contender right now! 24 1

Hard to tell from the image (Does Tapatalk make the images so small?) I've only had 2 I think. First one was just 80-90 minutes of cream. At the time seemed very boring, didn't realize how sought after cream is as a flavour. Second one was a bit better more spice and wood. For some reason I've bought a box. 2

It’s just a pure delight to smoke...creamy texture, light and nothing overpowering or off putting whatsoever, vanilla sweetness, almonds, gingerbread, and perfectly balanced with a quintessential, nuisanced hdm cedar wood ....hop on the train 3rd smoke back from a long, unplanned break....can you tell I’m excited!? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk I snagged a PSP box this week so thank you for that...makes me even more excited to dig in! 1

No no, didn't mean to seem defensive, just truly curious of your buying habits. I've always put el laguito on a pedestal but take good deal where I can so I'm wondering if im losing value by avoiding factory.

Especially so, in the year since my visit. They have quite the operation there. Cuba is not known for consistency or quality assurance in general, but the El Laguito management, who I talked to extensively, seemed to take a great deal of pride in their work, and that impressed me. Keep in mind, that this is the only factory I have visited, so I have no comparison. I just feel, and it might just be psychological, that my chances of getting a great box are better with an El Laguito code. That said, I have had some great non-EL boxes, and if the price point is right, I will buy them regardless of the box code. But it is always a win when I get a good price, as well as the code I am looking for. 4 1
