Popular Post BoliDan Posted December 8, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 8, 2020 De Rio Seco. Original release. Curtousy of @Lrabold89. Sorry bro. This is similar to my other experiences. Very mild, not full on flavor, and one (maybe two) dimensional. There is a ginger on the retro hale thar is truly amazing though. Maybe I'm partial to big strength stogies. 20 1

Because mine was psp but from a different factory. I didn't mean to offend, Dan. It was not meant to be a serious response. I was joking around about how your CoRo looked after you fixed the draw problem. You mangled it a bit. I'm sure it tasted as good as any unmangled CoRo I may have smoked. Nothing to do with factory or the quality of the cigar. If it came out that way in print, I apologize. 3

Popular Post JohnS Posted December 8, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 8, 2020 Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No.2 ABO Jun 2018 Simply put, I believe this is the best ever Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No.2 I've ever had! The reason I say this is because it smoked and tasted perfectly ideal. How ironic this is my last stick from this box code! It's not uncommon to smoke a HdM Epicure No.2 and have some element of cedar or wood and/or spice/cinnamon or pepper to the cigar. This did not smoke like that. Instead, I got a gorgeous powdered soft cocoa, vanilla malt and cream textured smoke from the first puff right unto the last. Sure it picked up a little in the last third in toasted tobacco-like intensity but this is to be expected. It didn't prevent me from nubbing this as far I could possibly take it! Like my previous cigar smoked, a 2009 Cohiba Siglo VI, it's not an exaggeration to rate this above the 95 point mark because honestly it was that good. I hope the next Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No.2 you smoke is as good as this one. In the meantime, I'm off to ponder replacing this box in my humidor! 29

Popular Post CampDelta369 Posted December 8, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 8, 2020 A very nice Diplomaticos. The best example of this Marca I've had. Sitting in humidor at 64% for months. LGR DIC 18 go figure. 27 2

It's actually a thin tube (looks like a pale neon tube) in the middle that glows orange and the rest is just mirrors to reflect the infrared heat rays. But in photos the whole things glows orange. 1

I don’t think I’ve ever seen one like that. Most everyone I know has a regular patio heater like you see at restaurants. Definitely cool looking. Been wanting one for years but haven’t done it.

Popular Post GVan Posted December 9, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 9, 2020 Was successful in snagging a box of Dip 2's tonight -- So, decided to smoke one of the PSP Dip 2's from our host (LGR DIC-18). These have been awesome, smooth and capsicum machines . Unfortunately, this will be my last CC for at least a month. Have to have some oral surgery tomorrow. At least I get to stop with a 90+ point cigar that will make the wait difficult but necessary. 33
Popular Post ChangBang Posted December 9, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 9, 2020 RASS, beer, and ravens game while tuning my snowboard. Really got that stewed fruit flavor that I hear about with a perfect draw and construction. Awesome cigar, glad I have a box coming! 25

Popular Post CampDelta369 Posted December 9, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 9, 2020 My second shot at this Short du Punch. After a few weeks in the humi the first one was unremarkable. 3 weeks later this example was just as enjoyable as the excellent Dip#2 it followed. I look forward to the next one. 28
