She gets Filet Mignon, a touch over rare, with a reduction of Merlot, shallots, crimini mushrooms, and Irish butter of course. A great day I say. Oh and the HDM is spot on excellent so far. Bought a sixer from our host with 2 years of age (down to last one). Totally different from previous experience. It has the classic Partagas taste. I find them to be rich in flavors ( Woodiness, earth, cream, lil spice & hints of leather too) with some complexity.
