Popular Post mprach024 Posted November 10, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 10, 2020 Day 10 of my Covid diagnosis, still no symptoms, of course it’s during an amazing stretch of weather. I said screw it, and decided to have some cigars I’ve been missing. All 3 were great but that Punch Punch was the star of the day. 28
Popular Post JohnS Posted November 10, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 10, 2020 Punch Double Coronas PEL EPOO I'd like to thank @jay8354 for gifting me this fine cigar to review. After smoking it, I can again affirm that 21 years for a Double Corona (the date code equates to May 1999) such as this one in no way diminished the flavours nor the fine quality of the smoking experience. If you smoke a Punch Double Coronas young, say 12 to 36 months, you'd likely find that they will have an array of flavours such as wood or cedar, leather, earthiness, citrus and nuts but mainly they will dominate more in those woody and leather flavours. As they age well over the 10 to 15-year mark you can get them more softer in those wood flavours, more fruity and a disposition to tart flavours. The wood in this Punch Double Corona was like light cedar, the fruitiness was like currants, it had a citrus tart flavour to it and soft baking spice. The flavours remained mainly uniform throughout so the cigar did not have a great deal of evolution or complexity, but it was fine the way it smoked, nonetheless. 28

Popular Post JVasky Posted November 10, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 10, 2020 Played maybe my last round of golf this year (PA) and am enjoying a Magnum 46 in this 70F weather! 25

Popular Post BellevilleMXZ Posted November 11, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 11, 2020 Since on holidays for the week and not going anywhere, picked away at Cigar Lounge the last few days. Got smoke evac system in(only had parts for over a year...lol), and put wood cladding over the foundation/insulation around the edges. Looks much more like a lounge and not a garage now. Epoxy coat for the floor this spring...Time for a siiigar now!! CORO BUP Oct 19 29
