The Sancho Panza Non Plus, with the blend it had, belongs to the premium marevas class which required significant time to reach its full potential, in my opinion. In contrast, current marevas cigars are much more approachable when young (like 12 to 24 months). These cigars that take time to age have tended to suffer from poor sales, hence their deletions in the last 10 to 15 years or so. Other cigars like this include the H.Upmann Petit Corona and the Hoyo de Monterrey Le Hoyo du Prince, for example. 3 2
Popular Post Baccy Posted August 29, 2020 Popular Post Posted August 29, 2020 AMO ABR 16 Edmundo amazing code. Its just a shame that the ambient humidity level has risen over 10% in the last hour ruining my smoke. It's at 80% now... Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk 27

I can't believe these are upwards of 6-700 USD a box now. I could have sworn I bought them in Cuba for 300ish last year. Yes, CCE's were listed as priced checked in Cuba for $317.50 in Jan. of 2020. Cohiba prices have been steadily going into the stratosphere since about 2016, especially among grey market retailers. It seems the majority of the price increases are from the supply and demand side. Then add in Habano's increases from time to time. It's getting out of control. I bought a box of CCE about 6 years for about $350 if I remember correctly. I bought a 2014 cab of CORO around Christmas that year for $325, and from the El Laugito Factory. BHK 54's in 2012 for $300 ish. So in the last 6 to 8 years or about, Cohiba seems to have almost doubled and some cases tripled, certainly for the buyer's using grey market vendor's. I guess if people will pay it, they will keep increasing the asking prices. Very rarely do I see sale prices on Cohiba at all in the last 4 or 5 years and if so, smaller 10 to 15 % discount at the most. 7
Popular Post sw15825 Posted August 29, 2020 Popular Post Posted August 29, 2020 POS MAR 06 P2. It has matured wonderfully. Creamy smooth from beginning to end. Lost quite a bit of spice, replaced by loads of creamy, woody/cedar flavor and zero rough edges. These are better now as a morning/first cigar of the day stick. 26
