Been shaking it up a little with some NCs this week. Liga 9 was pretty delicious. A ton of spice and pepper for the first 1/2 inch, but very smooth after that.

A very well rested Petite Lancero. Very refined and still has a good amount of complex strength. I believe this to be a 2012. I bought them in 2017 and the store owner said he ordered them several years before that, and one of his Opus boxes had '12 written on the bottom of it.

Tatuaje Black Cuban Corona while rewatching Deadwood, the greatest TV in existence.?

I would place this as Nicaraguan with Cuban traits. Very tasty, earth, cocoa, graham notes, salty with an ever present citrus grapefruit note that coats the mouth with oil. 93 Rating from me.

Coronas Especiales from ‘06. It’s been a couple of years since I had one from the same pack and it seems to be losing the heavy beany notes (vanilla bean, coffee bean) that while still there have given way to a more refined spice and cream note. Still, halfway through and a beautiful smoke.
