Orion21 Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Upmann Royal Robusto tonight. After smoking a few of these I am sad to say I am not impressed. I really wanted to love these, but I wouldn't buy these over Monte Edmundos or Upmann Mag 50's. Not worth the premium, but a fine cigar.
Croz71 Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Enjoying a great Upmann 46 june 2010.....loads of cream

Orion21 Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Upmann Mag 48 EL 2009. Great Upmann flavors.
Orion21 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 '11 RyJ Cazzie. Stellar! This is the best box of cigars in my humidors right now. Insanely rich and meaty Cuban tobacco. I almost feel like I am biting into a rare rib eye steak and eating it with my hands caveman style! This cigar is so raw, but so satisfying. Will be ordering several more boxes asap.
headstand Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Just finishing a Juan Lopez Seleccion #1 from Oct 07. Wow what a good cigar. Once again, FoH has steered me in the right direction. Couldn't be happier with the smoke. Couldn't agree more - my favorite go to cigar at the moment.
headstand Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Currently enjoying a stellar box of HQ Parti Shorts. Just enjoyed a SCDH La Fuerza. Not much talk about these, perhaps because they are on the milder side. I've said it before - they are like a frothy cappuccino. Works for me.

dangolf18 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Tried the RA Petit Belicosos and the Bolivar Britanicas. Both fantastic cigars, but the the RA is just too short...it would have been nice if they made it 2-3 inches longer. Overally, I'm partial to the RA. Very refined and complex for such a young cigar. The Bolivar was a 92 and the RA a 94.
Croz71 Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 HQ Monte 4 July 2010 from Czar Enjoying it with a coffee after breakfast...sweet coco and milk chocolate...just amazing
Lotusguy Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Boli Britannicas RE UK. Got to agree with most of the reviews out there - mediocre at best. Wrapper unraveled and it tasted very disjointed. Not worth buying more of them, IMO.
hermit Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Tried one of the HDM aged double coronas as i type, burning forever. Great to have on the side while playing world of tanks and much enjoyed.
maverickdrinker Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 BHK 56 and a hamlet lancero last night...
Lotusguy Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 HdM Epicure Deluxe - quite nice for such a young cigar and continues the tradition of LCDH releases that I really enjoy (LGC Inmensos, RA Superiores, Upmann Royal Robustos). After that a Cabanas Perfectos from 2000 that wasn't worth more than the one Euro that I paid for it...
Pilgrims Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 My first ever Rafael Gonzalez Corona Extra, a gift from a BOTL, delicious and I have enjoyed the medium, or may be a tad under, profile of RG for a while, very balanced, light milky coffee and tanned tobacco, I knew I would regret not buying these when they were on special a while back...oh well
DougB Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 '12 Partagas Short early this morning with the paper and coffee '12 Half Corona- meh '12 BCJ- decent, decent.
jacktarnold Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 Enjoyed a Siglo VI this afternoon catching up with a friend while he smoked a RACF
Bartolomeo Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 2012 Monte 520 EL.....construction was perfect, smoked fine but no flavor at all, like a 2 hour wind tunnel w/ no distinctive flavors, I was really looking forward to these but this showed nothing now and no hope for the future 2011 Punch Sabrosos RE......very good, tons of flavor the entire smoke, slight sweetness, very enjoyable, I could justify the $330 price tag on these Bart
Lotusguy Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Belinda Belvederes BD 2000. Not bad at all, especially for the 1 Euro price Very straightforward tobacco taste, of course.
CaptainQuintero Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 mind blowing bolivar demi tasse, powerful and full bodied straight away and then a dream mix; started off very strong dark coffee then came a rich bran and then a sweet fermented blackcurrent came in and nothing went away the flavours just came in and melded together, such a fantastic smoke!
