brutusthebuckeye Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 CoRo ...gas abr 08....wow....this was an awesome smoke..
Lotusguy Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Punch Plationos RE India. Not bad but not stellar either.
Lotusguy Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Followed with a RA Belvederes BD 2002. Delicious!
Kosh Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Winding down with a Partagas 8-9-8 and an ESB. Damn good.
Dbone Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Yesterday for Thanksgiving I started the day out right. PSP SLR Pacifico, excellent.
Bartolomeo Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 2010 Monte Edmundo from Espana Jar ERDM PC 12 RA Beli RE Germany Bart
Ophidion Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 06 RASS. I really need to start posting the 8 or 9 reviews I wrote for the competition soon
hermit Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 This evening i enjoyed a monte no4 from our local tobacconist, was last one in box. I must say after trying a few different cigars in last few weeks this was truly enjoyable. Creamy smoke, chocolaty all the way to a minty aftertaste in last third, first time for me it has been really noticable. Must try one from that aged sampler now they smell so good.
dangolf18 Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 '06 Montecristo Edmundo that is honestly a 94-95 pointer. So much depth of flavor.
canadianbeaver Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 We have just been loving the Epi #2's we got a couple of weeks ago here on FOH! Smoking one right now!
Dbone Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 We have just been loving the Epi #2's we got a couple of weeks ago here on FOH! Smoking one right now! One of my favorite smokes right out of the box at the moment. Very consistent and just a smooth, mellow delight to smoke.
ajgagnon Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 I had a no-name torpedo rolled by a guy in Vinales yesterday. Earlier, they had been quite strong-- a bit overpowering actually-- but with three years, this one came together in sort of salty gingerbread with coffee and cedar. It was like a single origin coffee... very characteristic of one farm or soil (what's the Spanish word for terroir?).
Ophidion Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Another one for the review comp, Bolivar CE from an 03 cab
Orion21 Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 A stellar QdO Corona this morning. Lots of sweet cream, rich tobacco and citrus. God I love these! 2006 box.
mazolaman Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Another rare find for me. A Quintero Favoritos, Until I saw this I was unaware they made anything above a 42 gauge. This was about a Hermosos size, a choix supreme size. Pretty good all round, flavour like an averaage D4, not quite as strong. Very good value.
Orion21 Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 A Fuente Between the Lines this afternoon. Rare and hard to find, but not my favorite Fuente. A very smooth and enjoyable cigar, but uninspiring.
Rushman Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 Been hangin in San Antonio last few weeks. Been smoking alot of RASCC and when in my fave B&M a lot of tatuaje noellas and havana cazadores. I do like these smaller tatuajes. Grabbed a box of noellas and another tatuaje box for the shop in playa too. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=29.507259,-98.671698
backslide Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 Added one of the best NCs I've had in a long time - a MUWAT Bait Fish. What a powerhouse of a cigar. Not for the faint of heart but very tasty indeed! I really dig these a lot. Bait Fish and Illusione ~68~ seem to be my go to NC smokes.
Orion21 Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 '98 Bolivar Inmensas. Another tight draw that is spoiling the flavors. At least it smells wonderful.
Orion21 Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 After dumping the Bolivar halfway thru do to its tight draw I grabbed yet another great Trinidad Coloniales.
