My first Esmeralda. While it’s a tight draw and wet and very fresh this has some serious flavour. Very impressed so far.

Decided to crack open a box of Upmann Royal Robusto's, box code TAU DIC 16. The cigar started out with a bang, lots of leather and nutmeg, but settled into a nice classical Upmann taste, leather, tobacco, and I also got a nice taste of shortbread, and overall a very enjoyable smoke.

MUP OCT 18 La Isla. Already a good improvement from when I first tried them last fall.


Enjoyed with an Americano and a good book.
