Was wondering if I should smoke it or let it snooze. How was it? Lusi from Kenfession comp is still young, so it's quite edgy. However, it's not aggressive either and you're good to go if you rest it at least 60-90 days like me! ?
Popular Post CampDelta369 Posted April 19, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 19, 2020 Both of these 2019 24:24 offerings smoked excellent. Crackers all the way. Glad I went a bit deep. Need more of 24. 21

This 92 petite champagne is quite a bit cheaper than many of the Grosperrin bottlings, but like them it avoids the clumsy oaking that a lot of this kind of cognac (and other independent spirits actually) suffers from. Floral sweetness, delicate rather than rich, fine and mature but no real rancio.

Popular Post planetary Posted April 19, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 19, 2020 Found myself digging into the humidor a bit more deeply this morning to see if I had anything that was exactly a decade old. Struck gold. Des Dieux from STA ABR 10. Round and creamy cedar, driftwood, touch of oak and vanilla, and bundles of supple aged tobacco. Understated floral aroma to the smoke, perhaps? 30
