Popular Post Wookie Posted January 16, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2020 2018 Churchill...this started as beautifully as a 1996 gold band....safe to say these are back..? 24
Popular Post BlueRidgeFly Posted January 16, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2020 Tatuaje Miami Especiales. The few of these I've had in recent months have been inconsistent and mostly just OK. If they were all like this one today though, I'd grab more ? 17

Popular Post CptGoodTimes Posted January 16, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2020 From the Xmas sampler. Very unfortunate as the wrapper up top was missing a section the size of the Grand Canyon. I completely didn’t notice this before ? it up, but discovered it right away on the first two puffs. I tried to smoke it, but it was just so massive & extended too far down. ? I also didn’t care for the Rg. This was the largest I’ve tried & now understand the phrase jawbreaker. 15
LLC Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 By chance I smoked 1 tonight too. Totally agree has mellowed out tremendously but those hidden flavors are starting to shineIt’s been a long time since I’ve had one of mine but this makes me think I should light one up. Popular Post BoliDan Posted January 16, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2020 Wasnt going to have a cigar tonight but i realized i wasnt going to fall asleep anytime soon. BPC. Look at that thin sheen mottled wraper. Pure bliss. 33
Bri Fi Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 @BoliDan I had a Bolivar PC ULA 14 in my hands on my way to the backyard about an hour ago. Then I remembered I’d rather have milk and cookies instead since it’s so cold outside. No regrets. I’ll tackle that stogie tomorrow afternoon. Cheers. 3
Popular Post MigsG Posted January 16, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2020 This evening, met up with a friend from the Simply Stogies forum (HU#2 left, I had the P2, right), in one of the last few towns in the Bay Area where smoking is still allowed in commercial areas, this is on the covered heated patio of a dive bar. Now home, having a '17 BPC with some Glenlivet founders reserve. 26

Popular Post Nino Posted January 16, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2020 Somedays the only medicine you need is a good cigar, a glass of rum and a good conversation with your pharmacist.... And maybe a slice of good Pizza. 2004 Bolivar Gold Medal and Mulata Añejo with my buddy Andreas at the Pharmacy. 29 1
Popular Post RDB Posted January 16, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2020 RG88. Just not that great I’m afraid. A bit ‘dry’ and bland, and it doesn’t hold the interest. Can’t really see shared DNA with the wonderful Perlas or PC. 22
Popular Post Ry27 Posted January 16, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 16, 2020 2014 RyJ Petit Churchill’s from a few months back. Nothing exciting from this cigar. Very bland and boring flavors. Typical of a letdown RyJ 17 2

Popular Post Chucko8 Posted January 17, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 17, 2020 C&C with a LGC #4 MSU Jun 17 This is my first time of trying this one of these sticks and from a box acquired late November last year, so has had 40 days rest.Found tastes of fruit, pepper, wood, cream and nuts. Towards the final third of the stick and with the addition of the coffee, I was able to note a slight cake taste in the cigar also. This all lines up with a descriptive that @JohnS was kind enough to provide to me last year. So I feel I can see where this cigar is headed with some more time under its belt. 29

Popular Post Habana Mike Posted January 17, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 17, 2020 Went off island tonight for the first time in a while. Don't do that often. Not sure how old this one is though pretty sure I haven't purchased one of these in way over a decade. Given that, it is a fairly mellow smoke with a bit of red pepper, cedar, baking spices and a light earthiness come through. Still a bit tannic on the palate. High 80 score. 24

Popular Post SonGoku Posted January 17, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 17, 2020 A fresh Esplendido. Been years since I've smoked one. So far not to impressed. Then again I prefer Cohiba with some years of age on them. 23
Popular Post wineguy Posted January 17, 2020 Popular Post Posted January 17, 2020 Punch DC UGO AGO 18. From a 50 Cab purchased here about a year ago. I am enjoying it but will give them a couple more years before I revisit the next one. 28
