Popular Post bigbwalls Posted November 30, 2019 Popular Post Posted November 30, 2019 Trinidad Vigia - April 18 Beautiful morning here in north PA. Decided to break out a Vigia from my consistently delicious April 2018 box. I normally take my perfecdraw with me out to the garage when I’m lighting up a Cuban - not necessary when I grab one of these Trinidads. A small pull releases a cloud of smoke. Was this rolled by My Father Cigar?! Honey, tea, cream, sea salt and white pepper. Amazing flavor in these. I wish I could clone these and smoke them the rest of my life. 21

Popular Post Lotusguy Posted November 30, 2019 Popular Post Posted November 30, 2019 One of my last three LGC Imnesos - shame they discontinued this LCDH release. AFAIK that’s the only one of the post-2008 LCDH releases they stopped making after a few years. 24
Popular Post westg Posted November 30, 2019 Popular Post Posted November 30, 2019 2014 Unicos. Excellent smoke. 17 EL . Dark chocolate. Very very good 26

Popular Post El Hoze Posted December 1, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2019 1966. I am effectively a non-buyer of ELs. Have a box or two of these. Decent/good but the price point these days is ludicrous. 24

Popular Post BoliDan Posted December 1, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2019 Funny geography I live in. I bet all this snow is melted and you'll see green grass in 4 days. Hoyo epi 2 paired with laphroaig quarter cask. Divine. I have been lucky with clearance epi 2s recently. Tight ash, big flavor. Wood, creamed coffee, touch of leather and sweet spice. Love em. 22
Popular Post Hotboxx Posted December 1, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2019 2 tiny raindrops on this UTL OCT 2018 P2 represents the number of miles I'd walk through broken glass for 3 more boxes of these......with shoes on of course 20
Popular Post BlueRidgeFly Posted December 1, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2019 My first Montecristo No. 2. Picked up a couple at the LCDH in Amsterdam in June. Didn't realize, based on the older band, that these are probably a few years old, maybe even seven years old...? Way milder than I had hoped, kinda boring, not really turning into anything interesting until the last third. Good but not great. Oh well. I have a quarter box via 24:24 to compare from 2019 (?), a little darker and, hopefully, a little more to them. 21
Popular Post Markspring1978 Posted December 1, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2019 My second one of these. Both have been awesome...like 90+ awesome. I feel bad for the guys who have had bad ones. 20

That band was using circa 2006-2012, with the newest band with the gold being used from 2013 on 2
Popular Post Monocle Posted December 1, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2019 TR circa ~2011/2012 watching first half of Spurs hopefully marching to 3 pts. Buttery smooth but overfilled and lacking a bit of the complexity I had expected. 15

Popular Post SokaKiel Posted December 1, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2019 After the enjoyable Hoyo Particulares a few days ago I’m trying out another Giant Corona (47rg x 235mm) tonight. Sancho Panza Sanchos from a late 2002 box. These spend a year outside the coffins in my singles storage, no more overpowering cedar, starts pretty mild, decent amount of smoke, a little granola, caramel. 25

Haven't had one in awhile Picked them up in Cuba last year. At this point they are excellent. Dark chocolate , espresso flavours.Would much prefer a larger format .
