Popular Post Habana Mike
Beautiful Imperiales from ULA JUN14 Sheen on the capa amazing. Wonderful citrus, cream and balsa notes. Felt compelled to crack a box of Monte Grand Edmundos tonight as it has been ages. Debating whether I'd actually pull one out or not. Dug a box out of the recesses of my labyrinth storage system and found I'd already had a stick from it, so game on. All I can think is very like an Xocōlātl, Mayan hot chocolate with spice and no sugar. Cocoa for days and a hint of cayenne. Dry on the mouth and a touch bitter though in a good way. Very enjoyable. I believe this one has legs for the long haul. 25

Popular Post SigmundChurchill
It took a free one, to get me to finally try the Partagas Maduro. The best I can say, is that I don't hate it. It is definitely not a flavor profile I like though. Yes, yes, I know, How can that be, it has a lot of bands on it? But maybe if it only had one band, I would completely hate it. 17

And after this one, it’s definitely forget about it until late next year. Just a terrible bitterness on the finish killing any subtle flavor it has to offer. Pitched it on first third. The Connie 1 on the other hand was offering enjoyment and definitely did it’s best to save the moment. The RASS still holds title as my Nemesis of the year. A day off tomorrow so maybe I can go big and find CC happiness. Every 3 or 4 years I buy a box of RASS, only to end up giving them away. It takes 3 or 4 years for me to forget how much I disliked them the last time. Something about trying the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results.?
Popular Post jtfrizzy
I hope I did this right. I think this is the first time I posted from the website and not Tapatalk, but anyways.... '15 H. Upmann Magnum 50 paired with a little Old Foresters 1920 Prohibition Style Bourbon. Had a pretty good weekend and I hope everyone else did as well. Take care all.

They've been a little rough. Really hoping they just need to stew for a while longer or I started with some duds, 'cause with 23 left I don't want to hate them ? The first two sticks of RASS i sampled were out of the stores in April this year? They showed some promise and were definitely tasty. I don't know why this box is so Nasty to date, but with that being said i have many other CC that are smoking real well and i have patience. The MSU box code you have has been very good as El Pres has noted on other marcas. I'll definitely post again when these turn the corner. Construction wise they look very good, draw is excellent, burn has been good. Time Will Tell. And now some relaxing music...
Popular Post bbguardsp
CoRo (TOU MAY 19) from the HQ $399s. I always drybox a single from a fresh box for a week and TLDR this may have been the best CoRo I've ever had. Creamy texture is "silky". Honey, sweet cedar, lemon pepper/grass through the nose, floral notes and nectarine come in and out occasionally. Almost every draw I can feel the salivary glands in my mouth and cheeks excite. 95+ for me. Now I'm left wondering if I got the best one in the box lol.

Popular Post RDB
This is not a mongrel, it’s a pitbull. Regalia from MEG MAR 17 and nowhere near ready. Strong roast espresso and bitter chocolate, little oily beads forming on the ash. That Szechuan pepper numbness in the mouth. Jeez. Nick O’Teen has got me in his clutches. Kind of great actually, if you want your ass kicked. 21

Popular Post Ry27
ESL Mar 19 I’ve seen so much rave about this code for the cigar, what this cigar excelled at was frustration. Extremely tight draw, even after a two week dry box. Would not stay lit. Creamy fruit when I did get notes of flavor 10

These have been excellent and to my pallet the cocoa, coffee, cream, with a bit of twang on the edges goes perfectly with the black espresso roast. @El Hoze man night here. Bone in Prime rib at Houston’s and some 2004 Ducru Saint Julien. This Montecristo No.2 is crackers. ULA OCT 14. 22

Popular Post JohnS
Montecristo No.4 UEB May 2018 I have just gone through half this box and all of them bar one have been outstanding to stellar. The cold draw was so exceptional that it delayed my lighting the cigar! This Montecristo No.4 again continued the trend of a citrus twang spine enveloped by nut, milk coffee, cocoa and a hint of cream. I have no plans to extend the life of this box by saving the remaining cigars, they are simply smoking great now. In case you are wondering, yes... I have another UEB 2018 box on the way.

Popular Post BoliDan
I can tell the season is changing. I no longer want pilsners, IPAs, Cohibas, RyJs and crave the dark flavor of stouts Bolivar and Montes. Weird how that works.
