Popular Post prodigy Posted October 19, 2019 Popular Post Posted October 19, 2019 I've been on an NC kick recently. Trying to trim the herd down to only CC's. I might have to just give away most of them as they just dont do it for me now. This one was good though. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk 19

Popular Post bigbwalls Posted October 19, 2019 Popular Post Posted October 19, 2019 HDM Epicure No 2 - August 13 Another beautiful Fall day here in PA. Birds are chirping, sun is shining, there’s a slight breeze, and I lit up an Epicure No 2 with 6 years on it. SMOOTH. Just buttery smooth. Loads of tea and cream. Once in awhile you’ll get a tiny dose of spice from a retrohale, but it’s few and far between. 17
Popular Post Wookie Posted October 19, 2019 Popular Post Posted October 19, 2019 Are these more refined than the regular Montecristo or is it the extra cigar bands whispering to me? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 19
Popular Post CampDelta369 Posted October 19, 2019 Popular Post Posted October 19, 2019 LMB OCT 18 24:24. Saturday yard work. This D4 starts off real mild and tasty. I have stayed away from this box since the first couple of sticks were quite unremarkable. After 6 months resting this example builds to a nice medium strength with a bit of sourdough and earthy notes. A slight sweetness is coming through now. A noticeable transformation indeed. Beautiful fine toothed Colorado wrapper with easy draw. I look forward to the rest... I am admittedly on a learning curve here and FOH, with its very honest reviews are a YUGE resource for me. I can’t wait for my RASS to come out of the nasty bitter wood shed. Cheers boys 19 1

Euckersw Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 My, oh, my. That’s a good looking roll. How was it? Hey! That’s Mr. Met! It is indeed Mr. Met - the “other” NY baseball team. I’ll tell you what - I haven’t had many No. 2s, but this is the best I’ve had, and although I’m still a novice, one of the best CCs I’ve ever had. Loving it! 2

Popular Post JohnS Posted October 19, 2019 Popular Post Posted October 19, 2019 Sancho Panza Non Plus SRO Feb 2018 After spending the last year-and-a-bit going through an aged box of Sancho Panza Non Plus from 2011, today was my opportunity to break open a new box of early-2018 SP Non Plus. Ever since 5th Avenue circulated the 2019 discontinuations I've sought out a few boxes of these, much like I did with the H.Upmann Petit Coronas. (I wish I did the same for the Diplomaticos No.4 and No.5 though!) This early-2018 SP Non Plus had a wonderful colorado maduro brown wrapper which was silky, the construction was perfect, the ash was perfect and the burn-line throughout this cigar was, dare I say it, again perfect. Alas, and this is a common problem with Sancho Panza Non Plus, the cigar was a little tight. Thankfully I was able to use my PerfecDraw tool to open up the draw and smoke it down to its thankful conclusion. Charred wood, salt and floral notes were the main expression of this cigar, although the wood flavours were not crisp and toasty, they weren't bitter and burnt and the salt in this was minimal, not overpowering. In contrast to my 2011 SP Non Plus, those have been more creamy and softer on the blend, which is what you'd expect from aged stock. I am eager to sample one that is rolled more fairly, hopefully I will do so soon. 26

Popular Post SigmundChurchill Posted October 19, 2019 Popular Post Posted October 19, 2019 I’m on call, so I don't want to smoke any large vitola in case I get called back in. I went with this Year of the Pig CoRo to start. 2014 Petit Edmundo Vigia 31
