Popular Post Deeg Posted September 14, 2019 Popular Post Posted September 14, 2019 PLMC LGR AGO 18. Beautiful light Colorado wrappers. Box has had a month to settle, and based on this stick they’re already at full go. In terms of pure flavor experience, hard to beat the humble Montecarlo when they’re like this. Taste was pure caramel macchiato - creamy caramel, coffee and milk chocolate. I’ve had a hint of citrus in a couple of MCs but apart from that, just about a perfect smoke. 93/100. 21

Upmann No. 2 was the one I smoked first and enjoyed most of the two. The Diplomaticos though had a beautiful oily wrapper with a nice sheen to it. The Diplomaticos was with a '18 box code (I don't remember the rest of the code). Was not able to check the Upmann box code although I suspect it to be from recent years as well. 1

Popular Post Kaptain Karl Posted September 14, 2019 Popular Post Posted September 14, 2019 NC Saturday watching USC play a very mediocre game against BYU at my local B&M. First cigar was an opus x lost city Churchill that was VERY bland. This anejo 888 is much better, still not hitting the spot like a solid CC however. 19
Popular Post JohnS Posted September 14, 2019 Popular Post Posted September 14, 2019 Vegas Robaina Famosos AEM May 2015 This Vegas Robaina Famosos continued the trend of my other recent smoking experiences with this cigar, from the same box code. It was beautifully subtle in flavour and a touch under mild-medium in strength. It was very light on chocolate, the raisin sweetness found in my previous Famosos in the last few months was more akin to dates this time and there was an undercurrent of aged baking spice. The 'luscious grassy tobacco' was the main highlight again; I don't think I can adequately describe this flavour in regards to how surreal it is on the senses. It is quite unique in comparison to the usual flavours one associates with smoking Habanos cigars. Perhaps you should try it for yourself; I know I will be doing so again...and sooner rather than later! 27
