Enjoying a NC at the King’s Leaf Cigar Lounge in Charleston, SC.  Nice place for some quiet smoke.   Travel days call for solitude when possible. Couldn’t bring myself to pull the trigger on a Gurkha...there’s always tomorrow.

These are very enjoyable. Some classic LGC notes in this fella. I don’t usually take a RE to the nub, but this one was worthy.

My wife and I were just there on Saturday. My first time in Charleston and immediately had to sniff out a cigar shop. Pretty decent selection and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Farm roll with a double espresso.  I’m typically not a big farm roll guy, but if they were all like this one, I would become one pretty fast.  It is aesthetically, really beautiful, but it tastes even better than it looks.  Thanks @ElJavi76!

PLPC 2017. My 1st ever. Truly wonderful. Just as @Elpresidente describes it. Bitter chocolate with burnt sugar and toasted tobacco. But for me not as mongrel as I thought. Pretty silky as well with just enough bite to know it’s there.

My first - and last - PS1. Thick, dark, LE wrapper. Flameproof despite months at about 60RH. Boring flavours from what little would burn. Fail!

Much better. Double Edmundo, prob 2018. Pretty damn tight, but nice spicy chocolate presentation off a slow even burn. Still prefer the No.2 I think.

Not exactly the smoker itself, but my first use of it was a success. Paired with a PLMC - good hump day indeed!

PLMC LGR AGO 18. ROTT, showed potential while simultaneously being impressive.  Looking forward to some age on these guys.

It sounds like we think alike!  First trip for us as well and after feeding the group, I departed for a smoke.  The humidor was well appointed and a fine selection to choose from.  Thanks for leaving some behind.
