Popular Post Thirds Posted June 15, 2019 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2019 A little Punch Punch from the Tubos 24:24 back in early May. Still young but nonetheless tasty. The Punch has a distinct but mild flavor profile. PSPs on order. I like the Corona Gorda size and the draw is smooth and the burn even. Lots of smoke but lacks any dimension in to the 2nd third. 17

Popular Post Deeg Posted June 15, 2019 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2019 My first SCdlH, a Principe ROTT I couldn't resist trying. Unbelievable cold aroma, maybe the sweetest I've ever experienced. Burn is perfect, flavors still a little muted but mostly sweet earth and baked pastries. Update: Wow, I don't know the last time I smoked a CC with a draw and burn like this - dot perfect. Thick, creamy smoke, smooth as butter, lightly sweet butter (so much butter!) biscuits. Beautiful aroma to the smoke, too - like a bakery. A nubber to be sure. Everything was 92+ except the flavors were a bit muted - I just wanted them to pop more. But I suspect that may come once they've had time to settle. 21
Popular Post MigsG Posted June 15, 2019 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2019 Chilly San Francisco evening with a '16 Trinidad Reyes. Dark wrapper. Nutty, floral, salty, twang, nubbed it. One hour of bliss. 21
Popular Post joeruby Posted June 15, 2019 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2019 Chilly Melbourne night, some Hanwood 10 year Tawny Port and a terrific Fonseca No 1- GOA JUL16. I love a Lonsdale .. 13

Popular Post SirVantes Posted June 15, 2019 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2019 Tubos PMU OCT 14. Have had these in the humidor for more than a year, sealed in their tubes. The four I’ve had all tasted muddy. This one I had removed from the tube and placed in what I call my Ready 5 desktop for 2 weeks, effectively dry boxing it. Now I’m getting the big classic Monte choc flavour. Lesson learnt. 23
Popular Post slowsmoke Posted June 15, 2019 Popular Post Posted June 15, 2019 These 2016 Reyes have become my favorite weekend-morning-coffee-smoke, hands down. Absolutely perfect. Judging by prices on the auctions, I’m not alone. @MigsG you’re lucky we don’t live anywhere near each other, or I’d be at your door begging for every single one you have left ? 25 1
