Popular Post JohnS Posted May 25, 2019 Popular Post Posted May 25, 2019 H. Upmann Connoisseur No.1 PLM May 2011 There was a time a few years ago when PLM May 2011 H.Upmann Connoisseur No.1's used to sell like 'crazy' on 24:24 listings when they invariably came up. After sampling this last one from the box, it's easy to understand why...they are both simple and simply satisfying in general. The Connoisseur No.1 is almost a Robusto. It's a Hermosos No.4 size, 48 ring gauge x 127 mm or 5 inches in length. This Connie 1 had typical Upmann flavours...shortbread, coffee, a little cedar and dashings of white pepper which, for me, perfectly counter-balanced the other flavours and kept the cigar interesting for me all the way. This was a 'no-brainer' to nub. What a pity I have none left! Oh well, c'est la vie! 24

Popular Post CampDelta369 Posted May 26, 2019 Popular Post Posted May 26, 2019 Saturday Workday. It looks like Monday as well. But its still a good day when finished with a good smoke. This was one for the review. Cheers Partagas Short UGO ABR 18 17
Popular Post Orion21 Posted May 26, 2019 Popular Post Posted May 26, 2019 2015 RA EL paired perfectly with this amazing whisky from Taiwan. The cigar has come a long way since release. Initially I did not care for these at all. I think I’ve smoked 5 cigars out of the 4 boxes I have. They were always too brash and unrefined. It’s been about a year and a half since I smoked one and I can say for certain that, this single at least, is everything you’d want out of a fine RA. The sherry oak aged whisky is bring out the stewed fruit, leather and espresso in the cigar. A lovely pairing. 19

Happy Summer everyone! Followed by a BBF And finishing up the day with a CoRo. Looks gorgeous, enjoy Elliot! The defense has to sort out the Marchand line that ate up Carolina. Low scoring defensive games maybe. Great goaltending both sides of ice as usual at this level. It will be a special CC day. This young RASS EOS DIC 18 smoking great only 30+ days in Humi at 65%RH. Cheers Let’s go Blues!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 4 1

Popular Post jtfrizzy Posted May 26, 2019 Popular Post Posted May 26, 2019 Finally got these '12 Trinidad Coloniales acclimated nicely and they are smoking really well right now. Its been a struggle with them to say the least but it shoukd be smooth sailings from here. Pairing it with a couple finger of Eagle Rare bourbon which imo is the best $30 bottle of bourbon money can buy. They could charge double, even triple and it would still fly off the shelves (as this was the secoks to last bottle of a shipment that got in the day i bought it). Either way hope you all have great smoking weather for this Memorial Day Weekend! Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk 19

Popular Post TTP21 Posted May 26, 2019 Popular Post Posted May 26, 2019 Punch Punch UBM AGO 18. 6 pack from a "mostly" box code on 24:24 so can't say for sure this was the code, but can at least assume the date is close. Burn and construction were top notch, flavors were a bit one dimensional. 15
Popular Post Puros Y Vino Posted May 26, 2019 Popular Post Posted May 26, 2019 Smoked a lovely 2009 Trinidad robusto T on a fantastic Toronto afternoon. 22
