Weeklystogie Posted March 8, 2019 Posted March 8, 2019 Belux humidor part 4 - Ramon Allones Gran Robusto 2007 or 2008. Loose draw. Not much flavor. Disappointing. JL Short Torpedo - sadly a dud. Seemed way over the hill, like hot air. After that, I suspended my RE streak and lit up this NC. One of the few I enjoy. I don’t know what it is about them but those Unicos series always hit the spot. They all seem to be rolled right and put out smoke like a chimneySent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 3

All are smoke bombs Interestingly, they don’t age well (to my taste). After a year or two, they get flat. 2

Popular Post AbasCigar Posted March 8, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 8, 2019 Cohiba siglo III - 15 First time I try this. Perfect burn and draw. Complex.... sweet milk coffe, honey grass, earth, cocoa and weirdly enough stonefruits?? Never got that in any cohiba before. Vitola is perfect. Makes you feel smart and classy to hold this ? RyJ- Cazadores from 1999 Tastes like a cigar that Darth Vader would've loved. Pure darkness but with class. It was calm and smooth but still so much taste and richness. Dark espresso, dark leather, dark earth, dark roasted tobacco. Every now and then I could taste something that reminded me of a steak. But not in an unpleasant way at all. 23 1

Popular Post earthson Posted March 8, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 8, 2019 Johnny O "LC Celestiales Finos." Only about 6 months old and already world class. Toasted tobacco, lilting cherry jam, exotic woods, faint chocolate and unabrasive earth with excellent construction (it is, I believe, a carbon copy of the discontinued RYJCF vitola). It appears the roller attempted to copy the RyJ blend, too, and succeeded masterfully, although I will acknowledge the power of suggestion. Happy to be sitting on more of these as they show promise as aged treats. 7
Popular Post JohnS Posted March 8, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 8, 2019 San Cristóbal de la Habana El Príncipe TOS Jun 2016 Unlike my previous cigar, an aged Sancho Panza Non Plus which was a little tight and produced small whiffs of smoke, this San Cristobal de La Habana El Principe was a little underfilled and produced plumes and plumes of smoke. The contrast was incredible! Again, you wouldn't believe that despite this, the flavour was there. This was more cocoa and spicy than sweet molasses but I could live with it. However, this cigar proved that more smoke output doesn't necessarily equate to a better smoke. 19
Popular Post Brian24 Posted March 9, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 9, 2019 San Cristobal El Principe. First one. Def will buy more. Delicious. Great aroma. Copious smoke for a little cigar. 15
Popular Post LLC Posted March 9, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 9, 2019 Busy day, aside from work we had all the carpet in the house replaced. Good thing we have lots of hardwood rooms as well to put things. Still lots to do but got my office put back together and all the electronics and home theatre done. In other words all the important stuff so time for a cigar. EML MAY 15 CORO. Haven’t had one from this box in a while but picked up a couple of boxes in Havana last week to age so I figure it was time to try one of the ones I’ve had for a while. So far (first third) it is excellent. 18
