A Monte Leyenda tonight. This thing is massive, but smoking perfectly and great flavour. I bought this single along with a Dumas in October. The Dumas was great but this one is surpassing it. Such a shame they are a bit out of my budget for a box!

A custom that a mule brought back. It was a bundle of Canonazo with pigtails. Each one has been better than the last and it is very difficult not to smoke them all in short order. I know we should smoke what’s good now, but it keeps evolving and I really think it will get so much better. 

The one thing that strikes me the most is just how frigin stuffed with tobacco it is. Solid as a rock throughout. I fear we don’t see this often enough anymore. I was worried that they would have a terrible draw but that hasn’t been the case. 

Consistantly great draw, great burn, right solid ash. Medium to full with forest floor, cedar and coffee.

JL1....such a great smoke. I find these as good but different from the JL2. I love this vitola. These have that citrus hint, a floral side, cedar and I do t know what else. Must get more.

I feel ya, man. I've completely given up on upmanns. I have yet to smoke one that didn't remind me of an NC and leave me with a disgusting aftertaste and lingering odor. I just plain can not stand them.
