Popular Post JohnS Posted December 23, 2018 Popular Post Posted December 23, 2018 San de La Habana Cristóbal El Príncipe TOS May 2016 This was the first cigar I enjoyed after a 19 hour connected flight from Sydney-Dallas-Orlando. In a sense I was exhausted, but as it was still 4 pm in the afternoon Sydney time but Midnight Orlando time, I was wide awake and couldn't fall asleep. Thankfully the weather was perfect. This cigar was the perfect pick-me-up, beautifully balanced, the type that the likes of @NSXCIGAR and @cfc1016 would certainly appreciate! Cohiba Shorts I smoked this straight after the San Cristobal El Principe. It was an awesome 10 minute purito, so full of Cohiba grass and honey flavour! 19
Popular Post HarveyBoulevard Posted December 23, 2018 Popular Post Posted December 23, 2018 Just arrived at the in-laws house to begin the Christmas festivities. Kiddos down for a nap so Daddio out for a smoke. Hard to beat San Diego weather for Christmas. Forget about visions of sugarplums... I'm getting hammered LOL Just kidding. I'm a lightweight and this one beer will probably put me to sleep. 14

I smoke that very same lineup rather frequently myself, lol - right down to the boxcode, even ? 1

A little but not unpleasant bitterness to start & a cream aftertaste. Nice firm draw. Mild to medium strength, picking up later to a solid medium. Cedar, slight black coffee (one sugar, weak), hint of hazelnut, no spice til the halfway point and even then just a little on the lips, last third more nuttiness and a caramel sweetness. Construction v good throughout if a little dull on the wrapper. Good smoke output, no touch ups or relights needed. 45 mins all in. Sent from my ActionMan walkie-talkie Don’t tell EVERYONE! Popular Post Eland Posted December 24, 2018 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2018 The D4 was fantastic. The bourbon was a bit sweeter than I like, but still matched up well. 17

Popular Post SigmundChurchill Posted December 24, 2018 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2018 After a long day of traveling, we are finally at Whistler Mountain. The drive from Vancouver airport was majestic. I gotta say, I love Canada. Anyway, just had a great meal, and finishing the night with a Siglo VI. 26
Popular Post jtfrizzy Posted December 24, 2018 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2018 Sulking a little tonight being that the Steelers are all but eliminated from the playoffs (never thought I'd ever root for the Browns but go Cleveland beat the Ravens next week), but coordinating this smoke with @JayHabanos should alleviate my mood a bit. Popular Post cfc1016 Posted December 24, 2018 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2018 2017 Lusitania thanks to @Hotboxx and 2014 plp thanks to @awkwardPause 2 great smokes from 2 great guys. I guess I’m celebrating the move with special cigars all week. As I’m 5,000 miles away from family, it’s nice to have cigars from friends. Makes me still feel connected to the people who are important to me. edit: @HDGSN - if you're sleuthing... that's 06-30-1985 on the archive player in the background, lol. I needed a little shakedown street goodness to go with that lusi 14 1

Popular Post steelcity Posted December 24, 2018 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2018 Had to cut the grass today once it finally dried out from last Thursday and Friday. Crazy amount of rain in a short amount of time. Festivus with a custom Alex robusto. 11
Popular Post Akela3rd Posted December 24, 2018 Popular Post Posted December 24, 2018 Drew Estate UnderCrown Shade Flying Pig 2016But of a weird one this... Unfamiliar brand, strange shape, large (60) rg. This came courtesy ofthedame007 in the UK Box Pass a few months ago. Good construction, nice little pigtail, light draw. Woody and light to start but soon ramped up to become quite a little powerhouse. Red pepper, roasted nuts and somehow missing something - forgetting the garlic in a bolognaise or under seasoning a steak are the two things that came to mind. Other thoughts - the ash held on to the nub which was quite fun to watch, burn perfect throughout, a pleasantly surprising burn time of 45 mins. Sent from my ActionMan walkie-talkie 13
