Popular Post jtfrizzy
Well after a nearly 2 month hiatus away from ciagr smoking, all because I haven't had the time to actually smoke with the new house and wrapping up the old house, I'm finally getting out to have a smoke for the first time in the new house. '14 Cohiba Corona Especiales paired with a couple fingers of Glenmorangie 18 year scotch. Man I missed this the past couple months. Popular Post MikeinKS
Far more pleased with the chosen smoke than with the scotch. Just not much to it. Same sure can’t be said for a BRC!

Popular Post prodigy
Caved and had to try one of these ROTT, clearance BBF. Wow, best I've ever had, maybe a top 10 cigar of the year at that. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk

Popular Post JohnS
Cohiba Siglo V REG Nov 2017 The Cohiba Siglo V is my second favourite of the Linea 1492 series (i.e Cohiba Siglo I - VI), mainly due to the size, a 43 ring gauge by 170 mm in length dalia. This had just hit the 1 year mark so I decided to give it a try. It didn't blow me away in comparison to older Siglo V's I've had in the past but it was quite good. Cohiba grass, citrus, a little honey and vanilla, the typical Cohiba flavours I gravitate to. The only thing it lacked was early signs of that creamy texture which I adore from these, which I've had more in abundance with older ones. Let's see how they develop when I try the next one in a year or two. Cohiba Siglo III SOM Nov 2016 The last Cohiba Siglo III I had was superlative, this was nowhere near as good as that one, but that was only because of the many re-lights I had to administer to the smoke. This is my favourite cigar of the Linea 1492 series (i.e Cohiba Siglo I-VI) because of the Coronas Grandes size, 42 ring gauge x 155 mm in length and what a shame there's not more of them around (the only other current regular production cigar of this vitola is the Montecristo Tubos). Still, some Cohiba grass and honey, together with wood and coffee flavours were evident, which redeemed the cigar for me.
