I’d like to think this is how these were always intended to taste. Unfortunately, it’s a profile I don’t come across very often, because it certainly ranks extremely high in my book.

Sancho Panza Non Plus ABR Sep 2011

Today's Sancho Panza Non Plus was smoked on a glorious Spring day and boy, oh boy, what a difference a day can make. My previous Non Plus was smoked on a wet day and the conditions today lent themselves to getting the core aged flavours out of this much better. The main two flavours were a charred Sancho Panza wood intertwined with an unsweetened cream, with a floral element throughout and some tea flavours, perhaps a hint of salt here and there (but not much at all). I can't see myself going to long until I sample the next one from this box!

Pretty sure I’ve got one of those tucked away. Need a good excuse to fure it up. SCDLH dna come through? You know i love my pincipes. Been kickin around the idea of adding fuerzas or puntas into the mix as well, but I’m scared of them not being reminiscent of the resplendent glory of my beloved principes.

Looks like Torsedor messed up and didn't put the Ligero leaves to the filler. It didn't seem light body to you?

It burned way hot because of the tunnel and was very harsh.

Today I had my first Escogidos and it was, while young, very good indeed. Reminded me a lot of a HDM DC. It lived up to the reputation that the LCDH released are above average.



Perfect construction as well.
