An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Do yourself a favour and try this cigar if you have never sampled it. It is like a mix of Montecristo No.4 and a Sancho Non Plus, the cocoa, nut of Montecristo with the Sancho Panza charred wood and unsweetened cream makes for a unique cigar-smoking experience. Unfortunately, the weather was a little inclement today, and so the moisture outside affected my smoke. Sure, I was able to pick up on chocolate, honey and vanilla over exotic wood and Cuban earth, but the spice in this was a little bitter...just a tad more than I would have considered optimal. No matter, I persevered and cast my mind forward to the next RG Petit Corona...hopefully to be enjoyed on a perfect Spring day soon!
I've always thought Monte 4 and "something" but never quite nailed what that something was and you've just done it. They're quite different in profile to the wonderful little Perlas and that difference has always eluded me, but now I know. Thanks John for putting that to rest for me!
