Popular Post zeedubbya Posted November 6, 2018 Popular Post Posted November 6, 2018 Last round before putting the clubs away I fear, oh wait...TopGolf is an option this year! Nevermind! Smoked an ERDM Choix Supreme from 2006 today and it was stellar. Generous gift from a friend who is selling his collection. Do your future self a huge favor and buy up some of these to age. Honey, nuts, light coffee. Gorgeous cigar. Just marvelous. 16
M777 Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 It's cold and rainy outside so just had a quick JLP petit cazador.

I plan on playing this year until the temps get sub 30. 1
Popular Post aj60s Posted November 6, 2018 Popular Post Posted November 6, 2018 Trying out the new Trinidad short. Nice flavour, much like the similar sized Cohiba. 10

Popular Post JohnS Posted November 6, 2018 Popular Post Posted November 6, 2018 1. Ramón Allones Allones Superiores 2010 - LCDH Exclusivo 2010 ULA Sep 2014 This seems to be another LCDH cigar that satisfies time and again. This one I shared with my buddy, @Luca and we both agreed that it was 'quality in spades'. The cold draw oozed stewed fruit and cocoa, the smoke then added to its aged baking spice, light wood, tobacco and Christmas cake flavours. 2. Montecristo No.1 ESL Jun 2017 I wanted to share one of these with my friend @Luca because in the the Montecristo No's 1 to 5 line, I would surmise that the No.1 and No.3 are the least smoked, generally. Now, many of us know that a good Montecristo No.2 or No.4 is like 'heaven', and also that it's hard to get that consistently excellent run of those two vitolas, but the No.1 is like an unsung hero, it may not bring as much attention to itself, but I feel they can be every bit as good as a superlative No.2 or No.4. This ESL Jun 2017 Montecristo No.1 was indeed outstanding. Both Luca and I nubbed ours and it was a great way to finish our catch-up. It was the mildness, the cocoa, milk coffee and nut flavours and the consistency from beginning to end which made this such a joy to smoke! 3. Rafael González Perlas OPG Ene 2015 Gifted by @Luca (thanks mate), this almost 4 year-old perla was outstanding out of the box, literally 'ready-to-go'. The floral, honey and mild cocoa combination here was just perfect. I don't think this box would benefit more years rest, at this stage, these cigars are definitely ready to smoke through when they taste like this. 16 2
Popular Post BG1165 Posted November 6, 2018 Popular Post Posted November 6, 2018 They don’t make this easier anymore but a Monte 4 make it not matter as much. 16

Thank you John for sharing the RA and Monte with me On another note...those RG Perlas were unbelievably great. I agree. These are at their peak right now. 4 1
