Popular Post JohnS
1. San Cristóbal de La Habana El Príncipe LGR Jun 2017 (Thanks @Luca!) This was a welcome way to end the working week. Basically, the blend in this El Principe was precisely what I seek in this marca, an underlying combination of cocoa and coffee topped by a sweet molasses throughout and just a hint of spice here and there. Thank you Luca for gifting me this cigar! 2. Rafael González Petit Coronas UTE Oct 2015 They can't all be 'stunners' can they? So what was this lacking? Well, I'm still looking for a little more sweetness. Sure, it was mild and the cocoa, earth, wood and floral elements were very typical Rafael Gonzalez for me, but this didn't 'wow' me. Then again, I didn't deplore the smoking experience, it was just 'okay'. (N.B. This was the most average of the lot of 15 that I've had or gifted from the box so far, the rest have been superb and better!) 11

Popular Post VRATJV07
Had my first Lusi yesterday afternoon from a box of 10 BUP JUL 17 purchased from 24:24. What a fantastic cigar! Enjoyed it for about 2 hours with a coffee. Draw was perfect with great flavors of graham cracker, milk chocolate, almonds and espresso bean. Wish I had bought more from this batch!
