An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Club Allones. It seems they have finally turned the corner and I'm starting to get the flavors everyone else has reported; it was an oily box, so the extra time has been warranted. I can now make it to the final third before the Nicaraguan-wannabe EL wrapper started needing relights to burn correctly.

Last box of EL I will purchase. The value and the enjoyment just aren't there.

I smoked a San Cristobal de La Habana El Torreon, "EML ABR 14" today while roasting coffee. It was an amazing smoke with flavors of toffee, chocolate, and coffee. I smoked it all the way down to the nub.

I have been sampling these each year since I acquired them. They were already an incredible cigar from the get go and each year they have been getting better.  Not quite there yet to syrupy sweetness. I am betting around the five year mark that they will be there.
