1. Rafael González Perlas PMS Abr 2015

This was like the tale of two cigars in one! The first half was floral and aged baking spice,  the second half was cocoa and spice, only much more intense! If the cigar was like the first half all the way through it would've been perfect!

2. Ramón Allones Club Allones 2015 - Edición Limitada RAE Jul 2015 (thanks Steve!)

Again gifted by Steve (thank you), this wasn't as 'smoothed out' as the last Ramon Allones Club Allones a few weeks ago. More stronger coffee, cocoa flavours, nevertheless there was a pleasant stewed fruit profile from beginning to end which redeemed the smoke for me.

3. Romeo y Julieta Churchills UEB Ago 2017

Another superb and youthful Romeo y Julieta Churchill, I feel that I have indeed been granted a 'great run' with these over the last 12 months. I feel the balance of cherry, sweet anise, turkish delight and milk chocolate in these is very consistent. Lately I feel that these have been highly satisfying and this was no exception!

Monsdale earlier, always enjoyable. 

Recently finished what was the worst constructed box of cigars and unfortunately it was a 50 cab of Party Shorts. Just cracked open a new cab of REG NOV 17 I bought from the store after deciding to keep a cab of PSP UBM JUN17 to age while I smoke this cab. Very pleased this first Party Short was great, better than any of the 50 from the last cab. Near perfect construction and great flavors for such a young cigar. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come and my faith in them is restored.

59F/15C beautiful evening here in Denver.  I really enjoyed this HDM Petit Robusto (ETU NOV 16) with a Balvenie Caribbean Cask.  I wish the weather would stay like this for a few more months!
