UEB AGO 17 PLPC cab cracked open so my other partial cabs with a few years on them can sit at the back of the humidor and let time work it’s magic. This one had great construction and burn but definitely on the young side. 

Had PVR’d the USC game from last night and had a Reynaldo Sublimes watching it. Finishing it up watching Alabama vs. Texas A&M.

What a great go-to smoke......love these. These and the PSP Monti 4s from The Prez are perfect, I could almost just smoke them only.   R&J Cazadores (ORG ENE 17) That and having a brew or 2 while watching the smoker with a couple of pork loins.

At the club after a long break. A good cigar and a good rum. Feels good! ?

I will start off by saying that I was never a big fan of dark wrappers, but this box of Cohiba Maduros looked so oily and good on the 24:24 that I couldn’t resist.  I tried one ROTT, and wasn’t thrilled, but again, it was ROTT and very wet.  So here we are several months later, and I have been dry boxing this one for the past week.  The band that was originally completely immobile, slides around very easily.  I am about half way through this cigar, and I have to say, it is very flavorful and complex.  Much more so than the the typical dark wrappered EL. 

I wouldn’t say it has the typical Cohiba profile, but it is a very good cigar in it’s own right.

According to the Dr I have shoulder impingement. He said relax for a bit. 

If I must ??‍♂️, then I shall.

 

Herbally rounded, spicy nose and that hint of cherry on the lips. An easy last smoke of the weekend.
