Smoking this monster I’ve had for 2+ years...surprisingly complex and tasty! I do smoke NC’s occasionally and typically I’m not impressed, however a few recently have surprised me like this one.

'15 RGPC (box is buried in cooler, so don't have exact code. Cigars arrived pretty much maduro in their fresh state.  After 3 years, they've lightened in color to colorado maduro, but gained a radiance and luster.  First half was a good cocoa and earth.  Second half, the earth got really heavy and right as it started getting too strong and prominent, a beautiful decadent profile emerged that was exactly like a coffee cake baked with cocoa, sugar and light cinnamon.  I swear I could even pick up hints of the butter and faint breadiness from the flour.  Magnificent!

Missed the past couple days of posting but what can you do life gets really busy sometimes. Anyways, finally knotching off one of my NHIE with this ULA JUN 15 Bolivar Liberatador paired with a New Gillan Brewing Dragon's Milk Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout and a finger or two of Angels Envy Bourbon. Good booze and all but even as good as it is it doesn't do this cigar justice at all. This is a fine classy lady of a cigar from one of my favorite Marcas and I can't believe it took me this long to try one. Either way the weekend is aroujd the corners everyone so have a good and safe weekend.

Had wisdom teeth pulled two weeks ago. Tried smoking a cigar on labor day and couldnt really enjoy it. This one is going down good. A 3 year old monte 3 from the newbie boxpass. Very nice stick.

My cigar of the summer (if not year) - GOS SEP 17 Presidentes. It’s beautifully balanced and has strength/flavor in all the right places. Wish I would have picked up more! Wonderful experience.
