H. Upmann Monarca a/t with BD 2003. More bite and strength than the Sir Winnie BD 2002 from yesterday. Very tasty and I just love the old school bands.

An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

Monte Edmundo from a 3 pack I snagged in Mallorca. It was pretty meh until the final 3rd when it started to get great creamy coffee/nutty flavours. Shame I had to wait so long :(

LRE OCT 09 Boli GM. Last from that box but a couple more boxes in the humidor. Think I'll let them sit a while.

Good night with peeps from CA

Trinidad Robusto T EMS 09 - good but short finish

Monte Ancient Humidor - not Monte

Some crusty old punch and ryj per usual

Bolivar Fabuloso - standout. Very long finish

RAPC 2002 - standout

Monte #1 '50s - apparently excellent. I thought it tasted rather like chlorine

VR 5th Anni DA - deserves a review good

Bolivar REs, lonsdale and CE from '90s - lonsdale took the cake

EDIT: smoked one of these when I got back home. pretty good, nothing crazy though. Just a thick Monte 2

Good to hear on the 5th anni DA, I will be smoking it soon.

Was rather tight on draw.

First third was very Cohiba-esque, or light wrapper EL.

Second third flipped to complete epi2 woody experience and stayed that way to the end.

All agreed it's not going to get any better.

Will light up the 5th Unicos Sunday to compare

Just fired up a Cohiba Maduro 5 Genios from 2007. Smooth, cocoa goodness right off the bat and a hint of licorice.
