An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Had a meeting in central london this morning and it’s not worth going back to the office so I am enjoying a rare afternoon off with this Le Hoyo de San Juan. The box has been a bit hit and miss but this one has started off quite promising

It's been a bit of a day to say the least, but the weekend is here. Cigar courtesy of@ayepatz in the UK Sub forum box pass. Lovely. 15222d06a0578b99b20061edead7636c.jpg

Just had your Fonseca 1, really lovely.  Like a Des Dieux minus all the woodsy stuff.  I'm gonna get a box. Cheers dude

Glad you enjoyed it. I generally go for cigars with a bit of umph but the No.1 is, as you say, just lovely. Positively girly in fact and there's nowt wrong with that.

A competition where we guess the cigar and what is written on your cup (or something else) in the background? Now how is that for a thought? ? ?

Okay, I'll give it a go. Judging by the size of your cigar in your hand @akpreacher, I'm guessing H.Upmann Half Corona and the cup is a reference to Proverbs 16:1-3, "Commit whatever you do to the Lord, and your plans will succeed."

I originally planned to let my Talisman rest for at least 3-5 years, but all of you smoking them now has me itching to try one!

Try one, what are you waiting for? The cigar could be flat by then.

I am enjoying them very much right now. I might enjoy them more in three to five years but who knows. I may get stomped on by an elephant in 2 years and never get to smoke them. I don't buy cigars as an investment so every cigar is fair game. I would definitely try one now and see if you like it. I will say that box has been in my humidor for about 6 months and that one was the best of that box...which is now gone.
