Trying out these MAY15 RGs. Very good, no construction issues and slightly bolder than what I expected. Perhaps the dark wrapper is pulling some weight.

After lunch I decided to go with a San Juan (early 17 I think). I really, really enjoy these. Got a fiver a month back and I wish I could have a decent rotation. Probably the best "new" (to me) cigar of this year, almost Behike like in construction and flavors are much more balanced than I could have hoped for a year in.

Lol no not really, I won it in a rockfish tournament.  It does keep ice longer than my regular igloo cooler, but I rarely need the ice to last more than a day...also, if you wanted to take it camping or some place like that where you might need ice longer, you would be lugging about 4 times the weight of a regular cooler; these things are heavy af.  That being said I have the small roadie and I like it, but not enough to pay for it.

Ridiculous, it can’t be a Tuesday a can it. Busy day in the home office; morning meetings on the phone with Japan an various other meeting like revised budget meetings with the President of our North American company. Was happy the day didn’t go too late. Then my wife came home an said steak and lobster tails for dinner. Opened a nice wine and polished it off. Now a LBT MAY 12 Siglo VI that is unbelievable. I’m thinking this should be a Saturday of a long weekend, not a regular Tuesday. Ridiculous but loving it.

Made myself a Cafecito de Cuba, added a smidge of HC7 and then fired up a 1998 PSDC No 1.  It had a tight draw, so I put my PerfectDraw to use with good results.

I hardly ever smoke on a Tuesday.Decided to try this TAS MAY 12 Epi 2.What a fantastic smoke, a little age does wonders for these sticks!!Was just thinking to myself I honestly have had more memorable taste experiences with these than the mighty CoRo.

What a nice treat after a long days work!!!

Well. Here I am sitting on my porch smoking this absolutely lovely Monte 4 (PSP UEB MAR 18) from our host. Truly remarkable considering the youth of this stick. What a smoke!

 

On a side note (I never thought I’d say this), having a bald eagle nest in huge tree above our house has proven to be...highly annoying (pun intended). These little fockers never shut up! Lord have mercy.

Bought a couple of singles at the LCDH Stuttgart - oh my, that was actually a great cigar. Montecristo amped up.

First BCG in a while. From ASO ABR 14. The wrapper was peeling a bit in the middle, and it duly exploded, but the flavours were unaffected. Boli meat, leather and earth, with the occasional burst of citrus. Not a looker, but lovely, nonetheless.
