Glad you liked it.  I was expecting it to taste something like the Monte 80th, but I think I like this cigar better.  The 80th cigars I have tried so far, have a nice flavor, but a little on the mild side for a Montecristo.  This cigar seems stronger to me.

I smoked the Diplimaticos RE Paises Bajos you gave me last night.  Great cigar!  Thank you!

I've had one 80th so far... I was expecting more out of it myself. For a cigar of that $$$$ I want to get my socks blown off. Glad you enjoyed the Diplomatico Embajador. It's a very good "dessert" cigar. Lots of great flavors out of that. 

Gonna keep my eyes peeled in November for the 1935 line when I'm in Cuba.

Google isn't kicking back anything official that I can find. My advice is to check out Havana Whispers : The Rumour Mill on FOH for some guesses of the more knowledge members. And keep an eye on the new threads to see when someone has news.

This was one of those occasions were every cigar this night was practically perfect...

1. Ramón Allones Gigantes 2006 thank you @jay8354!

Thank you for this aged wonder, Jason! A perfect 5 out of 5 cigar! Ramon Allones stewed fruit with light cocoa or chocolate throughout, but it was the aged baking spice element to the cigar that made it so enjoyable.

2. Alejandro Custom Corona (with shaggy foot) 2016 thank you @Fuzz

Cheers for this custom cigar, Fuzz! This was as good as the last Alejandro Comodoro Hotel Custom you gifted me around 18 months ago. They both seem to have a creamy/buttery texture to them, which is quite amazing since they aren't aged. Around mild-medium to medium in strength, they remind of the Cohiba Linea 1492 flavour profile, only not so grassy!

3. Sancho Panza Belicosos PTR Oct 2016

Smoked with my favourite cognac, Martell XO, gifted by Jason (a huge thank you!). How gorgeous was this cigar? Salt, wood, some elements of cream, dry tobacco. Smoked to the very nub...and I think that says it all in regards to how good it was!

@Jay_Habanos and I testing these out again... Well more like just smoking a great cigar because we know this EAR AGO 01 San Cristobal El Morro is a great cigar and we wanted to sync our smoke times up again. Either way what a pleasant smoke especially paired with a little Founders Brewery Barrel Runner Ale. Good beer l, great smoke, excellent way to end a Saturday night.
