Tried my hand at making ramen tonight after failing to get some the past few days (120°F weather here in Socal!). Thankfully it has finally cooled down. 

Turned out delicious! Pat on the back for me. Followed up with a Juan Lopez no. 2 UTL JUN 17 from the handicap newbie pass. My last one left me disappointed after reading all of the rave reviews. This one however is bringing a kaleidoscope of flavors and complexity. Citrus peel and baked spices prevalent throughout. And ROTT at that. Enjoy your night folks! I know I am

In March when I was there I was told the lady there had been doing most of the rolling for the last while. Was told she was very good and that wouldn’t surprise me but I guess I’ll find out when I get to that batch sometime down the road.

LGR Nov 17 monte no 2 with some cold brew. This monte 2 is just singing right now. What a killer batch! Will have to keep my hands off them as I only grabbed a 6er. I think someone else on the forum was talking about how great the LGR late 17 monte no2 were smoking.
