Monte Open Junior from 2010 ROTT (forgot to take pics) 1st 3rd dominated by old wet leather earth, mineral and monte salt with an undertone on black coffee cocoa slight sweet chocolate. 2nd 3rd 50% monte black coffee cocoa chocolate and minerals salt and citrus. Each one competes again the other so it’s not a great blend...should’ve waited to smoke this in a few weeks. 3rd 3rd more salt and citrus mixed with burnt earth and tobacco intermixed with coffee chocolate and cocoa. Will revisit in a month.

RAG AGO 17 Trinidad La Trova. Decided to give one a try and see how they are. Good but a bit muddled right now and as I expected, in need of some time down. May revisit again in the fall but expect these will sit a few years before I really get into them.

I am relatively new to Cuban cigars. I recently smoked an RA Club I received in a trade. I was in love so I ordered two boxes of Clubs, a 50 count box of RASS, and one 25ct box. Is the blend the same in the larger format? I’m very curious.

We brought our newest addition to the family, Hunter Rose, home yesterday.  Mom is doing well and her sisters are excited! It's been a crazy week, but I have a lot to be thankful for and couldn't be happier.  Smoking this Monte 5 from the late 80s this evening for a little celebration.

2015 ULA Code Bolivar Royal Corona Tubos. Awesome cigar, will age a dream I am sure. Also smoked a UTE NOV16 Cohiba Medio Siglo tonight I didn’t take a picture of because it was pretty forgettable—needs 3-5 plus years down in my opinion.
