Cigars I've had lately...

1. San Cristobal de La Habana El Principe TOS May 16

Cocoa, coffee and molasses. Nothing special, yet nothing disappointing either. Your average, typical San Cristobal offering.

2. Por Larranaga Encantos Asia Pacifico Regional Edition 2010 (thanks @Fuzz)

Caramel, honey and light toast, Gorgeous, the cigar should have been an inch-and-a-half or 15 to 20 minutes longer because I couldn't get enough of it!

3. Montecristo No.2 MEL May 17

Montecristo nut, coffee, cocoa and tobacco in leaps and bounds here, but it was just a tad too youthful for my liking, especially considering I had a few other 12 to 18 month old Montecristo No. 2's lately that have been a lot milder!

4. Romeo y Julieta Churchill OBM Dic 16

Romeo y Julieta cherry here from 'go to whoa' (an Australian slang term meaning from beginning to end) resplendent with Turkish delight, anise, tobacco and rosewater flavours. I nubbed this yet I wanted more. A truly superb cigar-smoking experience!

Punch Coronation Tubo, I was pleasantly surprised by this for such a small and cheap smoke. Lashings of cream throughout, started predominantly woody with a little spice and moved to fruit in the second half. Delicious, thanks Rob and the team.
