It was my first one.. Started woody, lil salty (drift wood).. Quite creamy. Construction was good.. Combustion good too..under medium. Reaches 1" earthiness comes in..light notes of spice.. Last third.. Woody flavors come back with cream.. Ended with over medium....salty taste was always around.. Something different for me. Glad I got a box..

It's crazy how much just a year can change things, I bought a five pack of these coloniales and smoked one about 2 months in, it was terrible, harsh with not much flavor, now it's got an almost buttery like sweetness to it, and I haven't sensed any of those harsh qualities from before.
