I'm usually not into this marca but if they were all like the flavors presented here (milk chocolate, espresso, citrus) I'd change my mind quickly. I was fortunate enough to catch @ATGroom, the proprietor of Cuban Cigar Website, on a quick visit to Sydney last month and we shared some Hoyo de Monterrey cigars that afternoon, including this 5-star beauty! Cocoa, Cedar, a little spice and a creamy texture that is beginning to develop after 4 years, I have no doubt this will only get better in the years to come. Only had the box for a few months and they’re barely acclimatized, but they’re really good already. So much bang for the buck. I’m glad I picked up two more boxes for the long haul also. First time having a few was November in Havana when a group of us did a box split to smoke there. I was impressed even though it is a size I would not normally go to. Ended up getting a box for home a couple of months ago but haven’t cracked it open yet. Probably won’t wait much longer to give one from that box a try.
