Partagas Maduro No. 1. 1st time trying it and really impressed. That milk chocolate flavor really came thru. Thankfully I scored some more from a recent 24:24.

That de Luxe looks exactly like the ones I have, but I’ve been told they usually come in much lighter wrappers. Is it a TOS 16 box code on the one you got there?

Montecristo number 2 from June 16. I'm usually not into this marca but if they were all like the flavors presented here (milk chocolate, espresso, citrus) I'd change my mind quickly. Only have a 10 count box but I'm excited to see them progress.

Exactly right. I have another box with the same box code that is equally as dark.

Not as good as they used to be, I remember back in the day, ooh it's not the same now what with all those fancy big fat cigars, and they're probably made in Florida, from tea leaves, my friend had a HdM in 2009 that cured her impetigo you know.

Hoyo de Monterrey Le Hoyo des Dieux BUM Ene 14. I was fortunate enough to catch @ATGroom, the proprietor of Cuban Cigar Website, on a quick visit to Sydney last month and we shared some Hoyo de Monterrey cigars that afternoon, including this 5-star beauty! Cocoa, Cedar, a little spice and a creamy texture that is beginning to develop after 4 years, I have no doubt this will only get better in the years to come.

I look forward to Alex's write-up on his Dusky Beauties blog of this cigar! (As he is currently reviewing Hoyo de Monterrey cigars)
