They started using those bands around 2003. I'm not sure if /when they would have switched to the newer more elaborate 2000-teen bands.

Punch Punch will be the only cigar this dull Friday. I have found these very enjoyable, complex, so far. Only negative has been their rather fragile wrappers.

I've git a box of MEL AGO 15 Esplendidos athat are about 2/3 current bands and 1/3 the former. I suspect that was near the end of the transition.

Not saying such would be too unlikely to happen, but that appears to be a "special" case of CbC (odd to have them mixed in a box of Espies...). Every '15 box I've seen (here or in life) so far, was bearing the new bands. So I'd say the major transition having been finalized by end of 2014. But perhaps other members may have different info, more '15 boxes with old bands out there?
