Popular Post mkz
QdO Secreto A bit too young but definitely true to its marca. Lovely shortbread and honey. Rest of the box will have to rest 2 or 3 years.
Popular Post JohnS
Some cigars I've had lately... 1) Cohiba Lanceros PFY Dic 05 (thanks to @jay8354) This was superlative cigar, thank you Jason! Cohiba grass, honey and citrus was evident at its core, with a mocha spine, a buttered texture and hints of vanilla throughout. This was an adventure of pure bliss! 2) Partagas Lusitanias ETP Oct 16 - Despite being young (around 12 months old) I have really enjoyed Lusitanias lately. The thing I admire the most is that Partagas-true DNA of coffee, leather and sourdough. Yet, these are never over-powering, often being medium and under in strength, even when youthful. 3) H.Upmann Royal Robusto UPE Nov 12 (thanks @Duxnutz) this was another gifted cigar that I enjoyed immensely, cheers Adam! The reason why is not due to the flavours as much as it was the strength, which was medium-mild. The flavours of cedar, coffee, shortbread and a creamy texture were typically aged Upmann for me. 4) San Cristobal de La Habana La Punta (thanks @Fuzz) For some reason, I never seem to gravitate to San Cristobal de La Habana La Puntas or La Fuerzas as much as I do to El Principes. Don't get me wrong, I still admire them from time-to-time, it's just that my preference in this marca is to go for that 'bite' that you often get from the minuto El Principes. Still, plenty of cocoa, coffee, molasses and a little spice was to be had, and who am I to complain? Bring on that 2018 LCDH SCdLH Prado release I say!
Popular Post Westside Threat
Perlas & Death By Coconut. The sweetness of the beer balanced the austere nature of the cigar very nicely. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
