Popular Post RazorbackFan Posted October 17, 2017 Popular Post Posted October 17, 2017 HUPC, TOS Nov 2016. Picked up 4 boxes upon news of their discontinuation. May grab a few more while they’re still readily available. All four boxes are the same factory code and date. Two boxes have light wrappers and two are darker. Both are worth the coin. I wonder which ones will hold up better over the course of a couple of years. I’m smoking from the lighter box today. I put them in NC boxes for longer term storage (DIY cabs). 9
Popular Post dozer996 Posted October 18, 2017 Popular Post Posted October 18, 2017 Watching the opening night of the NBA enjoying a BBF and then see Gordon Hayward break his leg was a buzz kill. Fast recovery my friend. 9
Popular Post shaffer22 Posted October 18, 2017 Popular Post Posted October 18, 2017 Watching NBA opening night with a young (MAR 17) BBF. Want to gauge this box. So far it’s treating me well. Perfect draw and classic BBF. Paired with a glass of Bordeaux from the Left Bank. I don’t usually enjoy red and cigars. But this has a nice mineral character that pairs with the BBF’s earthiness. 7

H Upmann HC and Trinidad Reyes, both becoming two of my favorite short smokes. I need to reorder both soon to let them lay down. Getting better and better. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk 10

Popular Post Aardwolf Posted October 18, 2017 Popular Post Posted October 18, 2017 Perfect afternoon for a big guy, rough looking Ramon Allones Gigantes from the DC sampler from last year (15/16 codes). First RAG I’ve had and it was awesome, why isn’t this DC in cabs? 14
Popular Post JohnS Posted October 18, 2017 Popular Post Posted October 18, 2017 1999 Trinidad Fundadores and 2006 (although most probably 2005, when they were unbanded - cheers Fugu) Partagas Serie du Connaisseur No.3 gifted to me by @jay8354 (thank you!) The Trinidad Fundadores had a myriad of flavours - Coffee, Spice, Wood, Floral, Grass, Vanilla and Citrus all melded together beautifully like cake. Trinidad can be a complex-flavoured marca, and when they are ordinary the flavours can be 'muddied', so-to-speak, but this definitely was not the case here. The Partagas Serie du Connaisseur No.3 was a tad stronger with Bitter Chocolate, Toasted Tobacco, Leather and Floral notes, very much 'Partagas' with the legs to age longer. I do concur with you @jay8354, (I have) no idea why these were deleted. 17

Popular Post shaffer22 Posted October 18, 2017 Popular Post Posted October 18, 2017 Short on time at the moment, so I fired up a San Cristobal El Principe (FEB 16). Gorgeous opening so far. Molasses, pepper, coffee, cream. Perfect draw and burn at the moment. 9
