I write in praise of thin, colorado claro shade wrappers!  Not the flashy lookers of the darker shades, nor mouth-watering with mottled oils -- but they've dressed some of the best cigars I've had.  This Siglo, for example: a 96.

Wanted to try this one for a while as it's my Zodiac sign-yes I'm a monkey ?
Almost bought a box just cause of that and it's also my son's sign too.
At roughly $34 a stick it's way overpriced as per usual,it's Davidoff after all.
Started of medium strength,medium in body and finishing pretty damn full in body.
It's good but I'm wanting that twang we often read about with CC and confirms I defiantly don't need to buy a box.

Edit: this tasted like a big slice of the best red velvet cake. Can only imagine what happens with a few years of down time!

Decided to try this OCT 16 Dantes purchased from 24:24 at the one year mark. The first inch was a little rough around the edges, honestly reminded me more of a NC than anything. After that however it's been all cocoa, cream and baking spice. Construction and draw is near perfect. Looking forward to seeing how these develop in the coming months/years.
