Popular Post planetary
MUL MAR 15. A whollop of fruit and baking spices. First half was magnificent, 94 at least. Dropped a bit in the latter half. If I had to guess, I'd say these would be looking great for 2019+. Apropos of a recent thread, sampling these over the last couple years has showcased how a cigar can evolve from youthful standoffishness to something fantastic, with indications of further greatness to come. Maybe with more experience I'll be able to detect signs of greatness even when young.

Need to get a box or 3 of these. This cigar took me on a journey, starting out rather savory with wood and leather. Cinnamon cream slowly entered the picture and built up to dominate the middle. Then a very distinct capsicum element joined the crowd in the final third. Wow! This is in my top 3 smokes of 2017, or is it 4. Call it 3a and 3b... LoL I had a box and after putting 2 down I ran out and got a second box. It's a big fav. If you like Siglo VIs or Connie As, go get a box of these. 0.00 regret! If you don't like em, I'll gladly rip them from you. Cheers Mr. Island

I would have no issue registering them to have the same class as Lusis, Winnies, SLRDCS etc. Glad to hear you think they've got legs, I've got a feeling the clever money, is going to start hovering up aged stocks of these

Popular Post jacktarnold
Hurt my arm training at the gym so gives me nothing but time to watch some baseball and smoke some cigars. Friday night LRE APR10 Cohiba Robusto. It was amazing down to 1 left going to need to restock. Saturday night was something special. It was part of a trade 5 years ago and I haven’t brought myself to smoke it til tonight. 2001 Bolivar Demi Tasse. It was fantastic, not your typical Bolivar flavors. The Demi Tasse is a great size. I wish these were still around although I’m still happy with the ERDM.

Popular Post BuzzArd
Found this D4 mysteriously perched (yeah right...!) in a pine up on Hunt's Mesa overlooking Monument Valley on Saturday. Spent the last three days up there doing some landscape and astrophotography. Really had a great time. And some great smokes! 17

So, in the light of today's offerings just my humble note of caution to all those who are planning to spring onto the long-awaited Winnie-offering that Rob just put up. I have seen a lot of construction issues in these lastly. Not seen any '17 so far, but if I were to drop any of my hard-earned coin on these I'd not buy them blind, and would at least ask Rob for a proper inspection of construction. Much more important than wrapper sheen in these!
