Still, calm evening after a long day of driving a left-hooker truck at work. HdM E2 (OPS MAR 16) - just right to wind down with. Smooth, not too heavy on the palate, but full of flavour.

Tonight's stick is a Dip número dos! (Already producing copious amounts of smoke) Pairing it with a Chilean Pinot Noir from 2015. Happy smoking gents!

I've seen these go through quite a bit of transformation already (or maybe my first box wasn't as good as the more recent smokes). To me it is Ramon Allones DNA through and through ("dark fruit stew"), perhaps with even bolder flavors. So a suggestion would be smoke a 4-5 yo RASS and then when you get past the halfway point, light up a Partagas Short and alternate puffs
