Interestingly. Mostly smoking customs lately. And even with those I find that I can actually taste flavors in the smaller formats.

Arrived in Tallinn earlier today and decided to tick off this from things I've never smoked before. First inch or so was very unassuming (past its prime?) but once the flavors started kicking it, this was very very good.

Finished the day with some veal ribs from across the road.
