This is how I choose to celebrate on one of the very few days out of the year where I don't get cockeyed looks for stepping out for a morning smoke while not off on vacation...

Party E2 SOM AGO 16

Needs a little more time down but decent flavors and noticeable improvements from back in March when I first lit one up. Wonky burn on this one but nothing I can't handle. It's almost like a severely diluted D4 and not in a bad way.  Flavor intensity is more like the HdM E2. I like where it's going. Very nice, slow burn. I could see how 3 years rest would make this a great cigar.

2007 RE Canada Bolivar Simones TEB OCT 08. This has maybe been the most consistent box of cigars I've ever had. Each one has been at least very good and the ones I've had the last year or so have been outstanding.




Then a TPX DIC 05 HU Mag 46. Outstanding cigar. First one I've had with this much age and I think I am going to enjoy each and every one.

SLR Lonsdale from 2001.  Not sure I've ever smoked a more civilized cigar in proportion, flavor profile, and body.  Gorgeous!

Also, props to the PerfecDraw, which saved this cigar from the bin.  In 2 months of ownership, it's already paid for itself.
