The rain and wind really messed with the burn and the enjoyment so I reserve judgement. I am considering buying a box, if I can find one. Just curious what kind of flavors are you getting from them?
Popular Post schubb Posted March 9, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 9, 2017 Sancho Panza Non Plus on a beautiful evening after work. I haven't had a cigar in two weeks, so this is making today a good day! 9
Popular Post Siberian Bear Posted March 10, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 10, 2017 LGC MdO #4 my first and definitely won't be the last! Amazing flavor, creamy and nutty, I've tasted almonds at 2/3 12
Popular Post rxavier1979 Posted March 10, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 10, 2017 VR Únicos from the new to Cubans sampler I bought last year. I really like this one! 9
Popular Post HarveyBoulevard Posted March 10, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 10, 2017 All the chatter about big sticks got me in the mood...for a Mag 56 that is. ? For your viewing pleasure...and a little POV for you weirdos out there ? Have not had a dud in 2.5 boxes and tonight is no exception. Just a beautiful cigar with extraordinary flavors. Perfect draw and construction. Copious amounts of smoke. I'm in love. Even my little girl was shocked how good it was. 19

Popular Post Cmelle Posted March 10, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 10, 2017 My PLPC cab turns 3 next month so i thought I'd try the first one from the box. Impeccable construction. Draw, burn and smoke volume was perfect. Flavor was awesome. Still a bit of mongrel, just the way i like it 5
Porch Smoker Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 Always wanted to try one of these. How was it? It was ok. Started out nice, but developed a harsh taste in the 2nd third, not sure if I got to smoking too fast or if it was something else. And too me they are too much of a jaw breaker. zeedubbya Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 I find here lately I am back to smoking D4s a lot. Was my go to cigar for a long time. I don't snap pics of them, but they're such a great, consistent cigar. Smoked one with my neighbor on his porch last night. One of my favorite things to hear lately is my wife say, "Doc is out on the porch." That's about as close to permission as I get. Next thing she hears is my feet on the basement steps and me headed out the door. Last night I go over and he says--"I'm sorry I have turned into such a pessimist since the election, so I have started drinking Scotch again!!" The D4 was good, the company and conversation even better. 1

Popular Post cardinalfan85 Posted March 10, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 10, 2017 A Montecristo number 1 from the Christmas sampler. In my admittedly short time smoking Cubans I have had too many duds from the Montecristo marca but this cigar may change things for me. No harshness, perfect draw, cocoa powder, cinnamon spice, a little bread dough-- just smooth. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 5

Lotusguy Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 Gifted Siglo II of unknown age. Frankly, it was very muted - I think it had been stored badly. 1
Popular Post Akela3rd Posted March 10, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 10, 2017 Got in from work, sorted out a few cigars to go in the desktop, spent ages deciding what to smoke and then realized I'd been thinking Monte 5 all alongPMU NOV 15Thunder & Lightening '75-'15 5

Popular Post Lotusguy Posted March 11, 2017 Popular Post Posted March 11, 2017 Small herf with two buddies in Germany. Not in the picture two CoSho I enjoyed later. The homemade schnapps was delicious! The Marquez is still too young but construction was A-OK. Note the bottles in the background E2. Decent. D6 - great! 7
BellevilleMXZ Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 MC open master and a little rye whiskey. I got gifted this by @Duxnutz and as he is a pilot, I wouldn't be surprised if he picked this vitola up that way via his travels years ago. Your welcome @JohnS I'm happy you liked it. These are indeed from cardboard packs, picked up in the UAE a long time ago. Despite not known for anything aging well in cardboard (these were removed after purchase), these are great. Around the same time I picked up many JL Piedras, well over a decade aged in cardboard that are some of the best smoking aged cigars in my inventory. The kicker is those aged brevas were around $1.50 AUD each bought as a fiver 1
