An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

All seem to have been very tight and wonky on the burn past halfway. Box codes are LUB Jul 14. Anybody else have thoughts on these?68bb353d4b9857567fc6e66e399e1f55.jpg

Yeah. They're terrible and I really don't understand how people can like them. I'm serious, too. Couldn't get rid of the remainder of my jar fast enough.

I'm smoking a Monte Joyitas from 04. Very tight draw.

Don't listen to Lotus, he loves Party Maduros... (and hates Mag 56) ... lol

I love them - don't give up on them to soon! Don't smoke them straight from the jar. My suggestion - take out the stick 2b smoked a few days (edit: better weeks) in advance, and perhaps even dry-box a little.

What are your thoughts on storing them in the jar or out of the jar lid off or lid closed?

Long-term: In the jar, lid closed - no question.

If you want to go through the jar quickly (but which is wasting a good cigar if you ask me): Short to medium-term, best take them out of the jar and repack into a box / cab.

(my post above was referring to a single cigar smoked from the jar once in a while)

I think these definitely warrant some age. They have that "sour" young taste that to me makes it almost unsmokeable. I'll take your advice and put em to bed.
